“Embracing the new era” is the title of 2016 most exciting travel tech event in China: Traveldaily conference.
On 31st August and 1st September the top online travel companies of Asia will meet in Shanghai, exchanging views on the hot topics that impact the travel space. More than 1,200 top executives from the global tourism industry will be attending. “China Travel Innovation Challenge” is going to be a key programme to showcase eight companies that have prevailed in various rounds of elimination with their product innovations.
B-smark is one of the eight emerging technology providers who will speak in front of a very high profile audience of travel executives: Ctrip, Alitrip, Jinjang, Huoli, Derbysoft, Super 8.
The Italian-Irish company will launch from China its new toolbox for customer experience, a suite of solutions based on the combination of smart touchpoints, user-destination models and personalisation capabilities for a better conversion in online travel.
Highlights will be provided on stage for the most important 2016 projects delivered, from “Destination personality” consumer research for Tourism Ireland to “Travel mates”, a one-click personalisation feature for online search powered by Irishdaytours.
A live demo with multi-channel touchpoints for online travel will be performed during the presentation, including the brand new “Combi-Action™ button” technology, with its impressive user adoption rate (from an organic 25% to 85% in one week!).
B-smark first mission in China is looking for strategic collaboration with OTAs, hotel groups and destinations, as well as exploring investment opportunities from local major groups in digital travel and commerce.
